 Booking & Cancellation Policy

 *Please be prompt for your appointment as treatment must commence at your booking start time. If late you may have the treatment cut short & still be charged for the full session. 

* If you are not able to attend your appointment please contact me 48 hours before  to avoid charges to you. 

*Deposits will be taken on multiple treatments/large bookings. 

*If you do not provide 48 hours notice before changing or cancelling you appointment you will loose your deposit. 

Your appointments are very important and are reserved especially for you, I completely understand that sometimes things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that I will be sympathetic in certain circumstances.

Please understand though that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
